This machine is equipped with 4xFlex Trim sanding heads.
One of the advantages of using this set up is that the module based sanding head can be combined in countless ways. Thanks to its fast and efficient adjustment, the machine is well suited to sanding mouldings, skirting boards, architraves and so on. The boards are fed through the machine using an automatic forward drive system and speed regulated via an inverter. The speed of the 4 x sanding heads and cleaning brush are also adjustable via inverter.
The forward drive speed is up to 60 M/min and the machine sands 3 sides at a time. The machine can take items with a width of up to 300mnm and a height of 100mm.
